Pretty much anything maintnance wise or that have been known to go wrong on s10s has been done, This truck was bought brand new by my dad and is all original never wrecked or anything.

had a complete driveshaft made that eliminates the factory cv shaft junk
only 2 minor issues with it are that it has the infamous 4.3 intake gasket leak that i havent gotten around to fixing and it has a check engine light for the air injection pump crap.. neither effect drivability at all just gotta check the antifreeze every so often
